I am Svetlana Whitener, and I am thrilled to meet you.

I passionately believe that every human being on this planet lives in a space in which he or she is vibrant and can be filled with purpose. I believe this is the way we are meant to live, grow, and thrive.

I would not be where I am today without my amazing clients. I treasure every single one. I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to inspire my clients and remind them that they can choose to remain one of the world’s best-kept secrets or become a gift to the world.

I am an expert at coaching clients to accomplish desired outcomes and achieve performance objectives through the use of assessments, metrics, and other tools geared to enhance Emotional Intelligence (EI). Corporate leaders in particular can benefit from my leadership development coaching.

The EI expertise I offer helps clients become the absolute best version of themselves. It constantly improves their self-awareness, self-expression, self-resilience, self-management, and self-motivation while at the same time allowing them to grow and mentor those around them.

My Educational and Professional Background

With an MBA and BS in Organizational Development, I spent seven years with a major Russian corporation, starting as an Organizational Development Specialist and rising to become the Vice President. After starting and successfully growing my own business for several years, I left Ekaterinburg for the United States.

My employer for most of the 25+ years I have been in the United States was the oldest coaching school in the world – The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) or Co-Active in San Rafael, California. After starting at CTI as the HR and Accounting Manager, I rose to Director of Human Resources, reaching one career milestone after another.

About InLight Coaching and My Qualifications

Staying aligned with my personal values, including continuous learning and honoring my life purpose, I started my own company, InLight Coaching, in 2007. I have logged more than 5,000 coaching hours in service to my entrepreneurial and executive clients, who are based all around the world.

I have TEN coaching certifications, including Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Certified EI Executive Coach (EQCC) specializing in Emotional Intelligence and Career Development. All told, I have 25+ years of corporate leadership experience and 20+ years of personal development experience.

As an Executive Coach I have been trained by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), The Center for Right Relationships Global (CCRG ), The Bigger Game (TBG), Headway Coaching Business School (HCBS), Unlocking Your Potential Project (CMK), Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), NLP Business Institute (NLPBI), Space Coaching Institute,   Multi-Health System (MHS) and Neuro-Change Solutions.
