Svetlana Whitener is my name, and I am thrilled to meet you here. It doesn’t matter where you live on the planet, I’ll support you!
Before we go on to talk more about you and what I can do for you, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself and assure you that I have all the required credentials, as well as the skills and experience necessary in order to support and guide you in whatever you seek to achieve with the help of coaching!
I have been trained as an Executive Coach by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the Center for Right Relationships Global (CCRG ), The Bigger Game (TBG), Headway Coaching Business School (HCBS), Unlocking Your Potential Project (CMK), and NLP Business Institute (NLPBI).
I am a Certified Executive Coach specializing in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Development, a leader, who has 20 years of corporate leadership experience and 17 years of personal development experience.
After graduating from Ural State University of Economics in Yekaterinburg, Russia with an MA in Organizational Development, I spent the next seven years with a major Russian corporation. I started as an Organizational Development specialist and through hard work and diligence rose to Vice President. After perestroika I started my own business, which I successfully operated until 1999 when I left Yekaterinburg for the United States. My first and only employer for the 17 years I have been in the United States has been the oldest coaching school in the world – The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), San Rafael, California. I started there as the Accounting Manager and rose to Director of Human Resources. I have several times reinvented myself as my learning has led to one career milestone after another. Saying in alignment with some of my personal values, which are continuous learning and honoring my life purpose, I started my own company – InLight Coaching for entrepreneurs and executives — in 2007. I have logged more than 10,000 coaching hours in service to my clients, who come from throughout the world.
Almost daily, I inspire my clients and remind them that it is their choice whether to remain one of the world’s best-kept secrets or to be a gift to the world. Because of this, I have been called an awakener. I take that as a compliment!
It is from this background that I have formed my passionate desire that every human being on this planet live in a space of vibrant aliveness and well-appreciated purpose. This is the way we are meant to live, grow, and thrive. I see myself as an uplifting light guiding the way for others to move forward to a more successful and satisfying life. As a result of my training and experience I am particularly interested in how Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence can transform the lives and relationships of people looking for meaning, legacy and total fulfillment.
Through skillful use of Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence I have helped hundreds of clients transform their career ad personal relationships so as to dramatically improve their business and personal performance. I can help you, too. As with my previous clients, I can help you develop your authentic self, live your values and make a positive impact on your organization and the world. Our coaching relationship will focus on developing you as a leader who will excel at the critical soft skills. I can help you improve your empathy, professional intimacy, leadership presence and effective communication, including public speaking.
I have no doubt that you have an amazing spark in you. I want to ignite it by helping you discover your inherent gifts, unique insights and often-unarticulated thoughts about discovering your purpose and fulfilling your legacy. What a rewarding witnessing it will be for me to share your joy as we move on to your bigger game and achieve what you are longing for!
Take a risk and play full out! I promise you tons of “aha” moments, clear shifts in perspective, a playful game spirit and frequent doses of inspiration as we celebrate your own life fulfillment and legacy!
In addition and perhaps most importantly, I genuinely care about you, about your business, and about your success. I would not be where I am today without my amazing clients. I treasure every single one of them.
Take a big, big step forward and commit to having an Executive Coach. The choice is between comfortably doing nothing and maintaining the status quo or playing courageously and contacting me.
I am looking forward to working with you!
With love and light,
It doesn’t matter where you live on the planet, I’ll support you! What you need to do now is to ask yourself a few simple questions:
- How much do I know about my own gifts, life purpose and legacy?
- Is there anything currently in my life that does not suit my life purpose and prevents me from sharing my own gifts with the world?
- How confident am I about myself and my ability to bring forth what I am longing for?
Take a powerful step and commit to having an Executive Coach. The choice is between comfortably doing nothing and maintaining the status quo, or playing courageously and contacting me. You can’t change the beginning of the game; it started a long time ago. However, you can accomplish a glorious game change by utilizing all your powers of discernment and passion to fulfill your desires and create a more meaningful and purposeful legacy. Be courageous and trust yourself! Use your Executive Coach for guidance and for victory in your own life game!
